Revocation for consumers

A ‘consumer’ in the sense of the following regulations is every natural person who concludes a legal transaction which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to either his commercial or independent professional activities. The term ‘businessman’ refers to every natural person, legal person or legally responsible partnership that concludes a legal transaction in pursuance of his/its independent professional or commercial activity.

Right of revocation

You have the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons within 14 days.

The cancellation period amounts 14 days.

To use the cancellation policy, you have to inform us (Project Gecko, Eliran Feildboy, Breslauer Straße 5, 27383 Scheeßel, Telefonnummer: +49 (0) 4263 6758312, email adress: contact.project.gecko@gmail.com) by means of a precise explanation via letter sent by post, email or fax about your decision to cancel the contract.

In order to maintain the right of revocation it lasts out to send us the information before expiration of cancellation period deadline.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancelled the contract, we have to refund you all payments we received from you at once, at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your cancellation.

Exclusion criterion

The cancellation policy expires if the contractor started to perform his service already or fully rendered his service.
